This Privacy Policy explains how Couvertier Premier Advisory (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information you provide, and the choices you have.

If you leave the form without finishing

Nothing you type is sent while you are still filling the quote form in. If you enter your first name, last name, and phone number and then leave without finishing, what you entered may be saved so an advisor can follow up. That does not by itself mean you agreed to marketing calls or texts. See the TCPA consent page. You can ask the firm to delete information you started to enter but did not submit.

Information we collect

By phone, text, or email: what you choose to tell an advisor when you contact the office.
If you later use a connected form: first and last name, phone number, and ZIP code, and email only if you choose to give it.
Technical information: basic information your browser sends when you visit, such as device type, browser, and pages viewed, which the host may log for security and operation.
Group information: if you ask about coverage for a business, details about the business and, later, basic employee census information needed to quote a group plan.
From other sources: if you apply for coverage, carriers or the Health Insurance Marketplace may share information about that application.
Call recordings: some calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. The firm will say so at the start of the call, and you may ask not to be recorded.

The website does not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, health conditions, medications, or payment information. Please do not put that information in any form on this site.

How information is used

To respond when you call, text, or email, and to talk about health insurance options.
To help a licensed advisor prepare options when you have asked for that.
To operate and secure this website.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

How information is shared

Licensed advisors and staff who handle a request you made by phone, text, or email.
Service providers that host the website or, when a request system is connected, help manage that request. They may process information only to provide services to the firm.
Insurance carriers, when you ask the firm to get a quote or apply, and only the information needed for that purpose.
Authorities and others when required by law, to protect rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.

The firm does not sell personal information, and it does not sell or rent lead lists.

Health and financial information

If you choose to talk about your health, medications, or doctors while comparing plans, that is used only to help with your request and shared only with the carriers you ask the firm to work with. Where HIPAA applies, the firm handles that information as the law requires.

Financial privacy notice. As an insurance producer, the firm is subject to federal and Florida financial privacy laws. It does not share personal information with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help.
Email: marketing email, if any is sent later, will include an unsubscribe link.
Calls: say so on a call, or contact the office, to be added to the internal do-not-contact list. You can also register at donotcall.gov.
Access and deletion: you may ask what personal information the firm holds, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, subject to legal retention rules.

Children

This website is for adults. The firm does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
